It has now come to attention that the judge in the PirateBay case might have been challengeable, why am I not surprised. As he is a member of several organizations that deal with copyright issues thus there seems to be a connection between him and the plaintiff. He was so to speak "sleeping with the prosecuting side" as one blogger I read puts it this morning.
